We wanted to draw your attention to the CBIO majors that will be presenting their work at the CURO Symposium at the Classic Center. While the symposium is Monday April 20- Tuesday April 21, CBIO students are all participating Monday 4/20.

Dr. Karl Lechtreck has been named a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS)—one of the nation’s oldest and most prestigious organizations dedicated to promoting science and engineering.

Hi! My name is Savannah Garst, and I am a fourth-year Cellular Biology major, who is attending dental school starting in May at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. 

Aylla von Ermland, CBIO Ph.D. student, recently received a pre-doctoral fellowship from the American Heart Association to fund two years of her research.
